Know where you stand
Our delivery, returns and cancellation terms are published in full — worth a read before you order, and the fastest answer if something has gone wrong.
SuperMall delivers within 6 hours of the store opening for the day. If you order while stores are closed, you can still place the order — the estimate shown at checkout simply includes the wait until opening. You'll see a live ETA on the tracking page once your order is on its way.
What's the difference between HyperMall and SuperMall?⌄
SuperMall delivers within 6 hours (plus any wait until stores open) within approximately 25 km of the stocking store — this is how every order is delivered today. HyperMall, same-day delivery within about 8 km, is coming soon and is not yet available.
How can I track my order in real time?⌄
Open the order from your account → tap "Track order". You'll see a live map with the rider's location, their photo, phone number, and live ETA.
What's your return policy?⌄
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery if an item arrived damaged, faulty, incomplete, or is not what you ordered — and we will arrange a free pickup and exchange it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact. We resolve claims by exchange, not by refund, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns. How do I know if a product is original?⌄
Every Jointt parcel arrives sealed with brand-tape and an authenticity sticker. We source directly from authorized vendors only — no first-copies, no fake pages. Each product has a "✓ Original" badge on its listing.
Can I pay cash on delivery?⌄
Yes. Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives, or pay by card and online banking at checkout. There is no surcharge for Cash on Delivery and no delivery charge — the only addition is a flat platform fee of Rs 70 per order, itemised in your order summary before you confirm. How do I cancel my order?⌄
You can cancel within 5 minutes of placing the order, straight from your order screen. After that, contact support — if the store hasn't packed it yet, we can usually still cancel. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Where an order is cancelled before dispatch and was paid online, the amount is returned to your payment method within 5 to 7 working days. How do I keep my account secure?⌄
Jointt has no password — you sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone, so there is nothing to leak or reuse. Go to Settings → Active sessions to see every device signed in to your account, and sign out any you don't recognise. Jointt will never ask you for your one-time code by phone, email or chat — anyone who does is not us.
